		<description>I know what you mean Viv - sometimes I just can&#039;t begin something until..... it&#039;s not procrastination (ok - sometimes it is) yet some elements need the subconscious mulling over so that a &#039;right&#039; way in for the group emerges.  The instantaneous stuff is also fascinating eg when a job comes in with little or no notice.  In these cases the brain seems to shift into gear and develop the framework quite quickly, and (not a natural inclination on the part of an historical &#039;over-preparer&#039; - or is it?) the rest falls into place with seemingly little or no effort. Curious.</description>
