So I’m thankful to my friend Tris who has alerted me AND written a fabulous post that you should go and read – from the perspective of an aid worker. It’s a long post and it’s worth reading it all. Trust me on this. I’ll wait till you get back. Go on – go read it now. Psst: you’ll also enjoy his fab photography!
It’s OK – I have lots of other stuff to do.

Oh, you’re back! What did you think? Hard to believe we are only NOW recognising and honouring humanitarian workers. From time-to-time I work on the fringes of the humanitarian world, and I’m constantly in awe of the work these people do, and where they do it. I love this work. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had so far, and know, that sadly, there’s going be no less need for humanitarian workers and the support that I, and others, can sometimes provide.General | Comment (1)
