Disruptive facilitation # 2 – It’s not about you

Even though you’re standing at the front of the group, it’s not about you. It’s not about the latest process you’ve unearthed or the cool new model you’ve been exploring or even those large, colourful sticky notes. It’s not about the questions you ask or the agenda or, heaven forbid, the deliverables or outputs or outcomes.
It’s about the conversations the participants have with each other.
