It’s so easy to judge people. In facilitating and improv, suspending judgement is a key skill. Yes, a skill – and one I work on improving through practice. Suspending judgement opens space for extraordinary things to happen, for people to be heard and for offers to be made and accepted. Here’s a moving reminder of what suspending judgement can reveal.
